About the Special Issue
This journal is an English-language publication planned and edited by the Society for Serviceology. In conjunction with the upcoming ICServ2025 conference, we are pleased to announce the publication of a special issue, the outline of which is presented below.
Theme
In accordance with the ICServ 2025 conference theme, “Green Economy and Service Innovation - Shaping the Future of Business and Society”.

Rapid peer review
Manuscripts will be processed and published promptly ? from submission to online publication on J-STAGE.
- Submission deadline: March 8, 2026
- Online publication: September 2026 (to be hosted and made available on J-STAGE thereafter)
Advisory system
To ensure a smooth submission and review process, advice will be provided on the following points during the pre-submission stage.（Advice will not be available after the manuscript has been formally submitted.）:
- 1. Consistency and coherence of the overall logic.
- 2. Clarification and strengthening of the manuscript's key contributions.

Eligibility for submission
Eligible are authors who submitted an abstract/a full paper to ICServ2025 and gave their presentation in the conference.
